The Ramsdens Gold Pack contains a free prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope for you to use to send your gold items to Ramsdens. This is insured for up to £750 providing you return it to Ramsdens at your local Post Office.
Any claim however, must be made direct to the Royal Mail. For further information please feel free to contact us.
If the gold jewellery that you want Ramsdens to buy exceeds £750, Ramsdens recommend that you either:
- Separate the gold items that you want to sell to Ramsdens and get another Ramsdens Gold Pack or;
- You can pay an extra insurance fee to cover the extra value of the gold jewellery that you want Ramsdens to buy from you for cash at your local Post Office.
If you have one gold item that you want to sell to Ramsdens, that has a value over £750, Ramsdens recommend that you speak to your local Post Office to ensure that the gold item that you wish to sell is fully insured.
